We all have the right to be treated with courtesy and respect and you can expect this from our staff.

Alba Health has a Zero Tolerance Policy on abuse and anti-social behaviour against our staff or that disrupts the peace and safety of our clinic environment. 

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who exhibits such behaviour.

Patients responsible will have their care transferred to another medical clinic.

In extreme cases the Police will be called for assistance. It is a criminal offence to assault healthcare staff in their place of work.
